Dan has 15 years of professional experience in In-house talent acquisition leadership roles. He has covered all aspects of talent acquisition, though his passion is executive recruitment.
In addition to executing executive search projects globally, Dan has particular experience in designing effective recruitment processes, and in creating conditions for impactful onboarding and reducing risks of failed hires. Dan has first-hand experience navigating the complexity of the modern consulting firm.
Originally from Shropshire, Dan, a keen, if occasionally accident-prone cyclist, has lived in North London for 20 years.
Raj has over 14 years of Professional Services executive search experience. He has partnered with both blue-chip and emerging consultancies specialising on Strategy, Turnaround and Financial Advisory mandates. Raj has a passion for helping Professional Services firms gain the most value from executive search. He has been instrumental in assisting clients in utilising search data and insights to better their market offerings, retain executive talent and look to grow into new markets and industries.
A proud Northamptonion Raj, is a father of two hyperactive young children and husband to a loving wife. Outside of Arete Talent, he is passionate about oenology and Newcastle United, the two tend to go hand in hand!
